Shipping Information
At Collorosa Studio, we offer shipping for artworks produced and sold directly by us. All of our own creations are carefully packaged and shipped to ensure they arrive safely at your doorstep. Please note that artworks sold by our featured artists will be handled and shipped directly by the artists themselves.
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the artwork. Once your order is placed, we will provide you with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
All Sales Are Final
Please be aware that all sales of artwork purchased from Collorosa Studio are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any artworks once the sale has been completed.
For works purchased from our Featured Artists, please note that returns, exchanges, or shipping inquiries should be directed to the artist directly. Each featured artist handles their own shipping and sales policies, which may differ from ours.
Custom Orders & Special Requests
If you’ve commissioned a custom piece, please refer to the terms and agreements outlined in your contract. Custom works are also non-refundable once completed, due to the nature of bespoke artwork creation.
Damaged or Lost Items
In the rare case that your artwork arrives damaged or you experience any issues with your shipment, please reach out to us immediately via our contact page. We will work with you to resolve any shipping concerns, including filing claims for lost or damaged items with the carrier.
