My Story

From an early age, creating art was my quiet way of understanding the world. I was drawn to the play of colour and the feeling of texture under my hands, the way paint could express something words could not. Over time, that joy became a practice of observing light, emotion, and the spaces in between.

Today, texture and light are at the heart of my work. Layer by layer, I build surfaces that capture the subtle tension between movement and stillness, depth and air. My paintings can be described as atmospheric and meditative spaces where the visible and the symbolic meet. Through these abstract forms, I seek to evoke calm, reflection, and a sense of quiet hope.

Much of my natural inspiration comes from the Maltese landscapes, the sea, cliffs, and shifting horizons that surround this island. Yet while Malta’s light continues to guide my palette, my work reaches beyond geography. Each piece becomes an inward landscape, a visual meditation on the themes of renewal, faith, and presence that connect us all.

Every collection I create is an unfolding conversation between the natural and spiritual, a search for beauty that feels both grounded and transcendent.

I hope my paintings invite you to pause, to breathe, and to see light in a new way.
